Take advantage of this pre-show time to exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and stay ahead of the curve in safety innovation. You’ll also have an opportunity to connect with these companies during their flash sessions on the expo floor during the conference.
Kick back after the first day of conference and meet up fellow safety professionals at the ASSP Monday Night Social hosted at the House of Blues Anaheim. Sip local drinks, enjoy creative bites and get ready to dance and sing with live music bringing the heart and soul of House of Blues to life!
Tickets can be purchased for $25 during the registration process. Proceeds from the event will support the ASSP Foundation Career Development Grant Program, which provides funding to EHS professionals and students to support their professional development costs.
Industry Roundtables are collaborative, discussion-based sessions designed to move beyond traditional lecture format. Facilitated by Practice Specialty and Common Interest Group volunteers, these highly interactive roundtables provide a community-based space for safety professionals of all experience levels to connect with peers, share challenges, and explore practical solutions around a central topic. With seating limited to 100 participants per session, attendees gain meaningful dialogue, fresh perspectives and actionable insights.
Join us for an evening of authentic connection and conversation hosted by ASSP’s Common Interest Groups. Designed as a welcoming and inclusive gathering, this event offers attendees the opportunity to build relationships, share experiences and learn how ASSP communities support professional growth and belonging. Enjoy light refreshments and meaningful dialogue in a space centered on connection and community. Open to all conference registrants; ticket required. Registration is $25 and can be added during the Safety 2026 registration process.

Hosted by Practice Specialties and Common Interest Groups, these gatherings are designed to foster collaboration, spark conversation and help you explore ways to get involved in communities aligned with your interests.
Meetups will take place at designated tables in the Expo Hall dining area. Meet new people and learn more about each community’s programming and leadership opportunities.

Hosted by WISE, this guided meditation and breathing experience is designed to help you welcome the moment, settle your thoughts and build positive momentum. Whether you join the morning or afternoon session, or both, you’ve create space to focus recharge and step forward with calm energy and intention. This experience is open to all attendees.
