Tuesday Badge Pickup
Skip the lines on Wednesday morning and pick up your badge on Tuesday! Meet up with fellow attendees and get the lay of the land before the program begins. Guided tours of the convention center will be led by local ASSP volunteer leaders and staff approximately every 30 minutes. Enjoy light refreshments, live music and fun activities during this open house-style event.

New! Leaders in Safety Tech Demos
Step into a world where safety meets innovation! After you pick up your badge on Tuesday, sit in on short demos and connect with companies focused on the latest advancements in safety technology. Take advantage of this pre-show time to exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and stay ahead of the curve in safety innovation. You’ll also have an opportunity to connect with these companies during their flash sessions on the expo floor during the conference.

Mile-High Mixer - Wednesday Night Social

Tickets can be purchased for $25 during the registration process. Proceeds from the event will support the ASSP Foundation Career Development Grant Program, which provides funding to OSH professionals and students to support their professional development costs.

Lace up your running shoes and join us for a memorable morning of fun, fitness, and camaraderie on a 1-mile route around the convention center.

Lunchtime Meetups with ASSP Communities
No lunch plans? No problem! During each lunch break during the conference, ASSP common interest groups and practice specialties will host meetups. Connect with ASSP communities and find out more about the programs they offer and how you can get involved. Bring your lunch to the designated tables and make new friends!

Key Issue Collaboration Sessions
Key Issue Collaboration Sessions, or “KICS,” are roundtable discussions facilitated by volunteers. All levels of experience with the topic are welcome. Meet up with other safety professionals who are as curious or passionate about the topics as you and come away with actionable insights and new perspectives.
ASSP Community Meetups
The ASSP Communities are planning meetups as well during Safety 2024. Check back as this page will be updated with information as it becomes available. Some events will require an advance RSVP or registration, so plan ahead. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow safety professionals in your sector or with shared common interests, and learn more about the work they do to support our members throughout the year.
