On-site Safety Plan

We look forward to seeing you in Orlando, July 22 - 24! We are proud to bring the OSH community together to connect, learn and grow in a safe environment. We continue to monitor the evolving public health guidance and our on-site safety and health plan is designed to provide an event that is safe for all attendees, presenters and staff. We will continue to enact safety and health protocols at our discretion.

By attending Safety 2025, you voluntarily accept all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases; agree to follow any safety and health practices required by ASSP; and agree to not hold ASSP or its representatives liable for any illness or injury.

In addition, as a condition of registering for and attending this event, you agree to adhere to ASSP’s Code of Professional Conduct. We expect all participants to make informed choices about travel, participation and on-site engagement. ASSP reserves the right to remove attendees who do not follow our established measures. If you are removed, you will forfeit your registration payment.
